Team Canada Men's Roller Derby is off to the UK in 2014! The team of 30 talented skaters and 4 coaches and bench staff has been selected for the upcoming calendar year and a shortened roster will be travelling to Birmingham, England in March of 2014 to compete in the inaugural Men's World Cup of Roller Derby along with squads from Japan, Wales, France, Australia, Scotland, Germany and many other nations.
Monies raised here will be earmarked specifically for flights and ground travel for the team.
Canada, this is your team! We are representing all nine current men's roller derby teams from Vancouver all the way to Saint John. Our skaters are your teammates, referees and coaches! We seek support from our families, friends and members of the more than 125 roller derby leagues across the country. Dig deep and do what you can as an individual or a league to help send us off to make you proud!
