Help Debbie recover from home/car fire

Please help Debbie as her boyfriend doused her with gasoline while she was laying down and burned her home and car. Debbie escaped with her life. She was unable to insure her home as insurance companies will not insure pre-1984 mobile homes. Debbie's belongings were destroyed in the fire.
