Help-$ for Students going to Japan!

We need help to meet financial needs of a group of students working towards a Trip to Japan in a Exchange Program. Our School has been sending students to Japan every other year to the same school and the opposite years we host students from the same school. Currently, our school does not offer any financial help for our students, so the burden falls on the parents. This is not an easy task for any parent.
With that being said we want our children to have this once in a lifetime opportunity to visit another country and see how their school functions, and learn about the Japanese culture.
The students stay with host families once they arrive in Japan. They stay for a total of eight days and visit unique places and try new things. Many children do not get this opportunity at the age of 11-13. . We have wonderful teachers that go with the children and they have spent months getting prepared. Some of our families are running into some financial issues and do not want to leave anyone behind in our group due to cost. We are working on fundraisers and sponsorships also, but they are suppose to leave October 22 so time is running out!!
Any amount of donation would be very much appreciated! We do not want to leave any child behind.
