Help My Grandparents

My grandpa is having severe health problems. He has a prosthetic knee which is currently causing him severe pain. He's spent at least half of the last two months in the hospital because of it. It's scary-he doesn't remember anything, and he has episodes where he doesn't know where he is or who my grandma, my dad, or I are. On top of this? He recently had surgery that put pellets in his knee that will hopefully clear up the infection, but my grandparents' insurance refuses to cover it. Please, I need your help.
I made a GoFundMe to raise money to give to my grandparents to help cover their medical costs. I don't know how much they owe; and quite frankly I don't want to know how much they owe.
