The STEM Magnet Academy of Chicago Heights School District 170 provides its low socio-economic middle school children a rare opportunity. We develop 21st century competencies through a relevant, inquiry based, and collaborative learning environment.This innovative program will offer the benefits of the integration content available in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) curricula, coupled with the rigorous advanced coursework of a Magnet school such as: the Arts, Social Sciences, and World Languages.The STEM Academy is in need of numerous necessities to achieve our goals.

-Science Lab Equipment- (Microscopes, Lab Stations and Furniture)
-Programming Software- (Robotics, Engineering and Coding)
-Establishing a 21st Century Media Center- (Books and Literature)
-National Competitive STEM Events-(Travel, Lodging and Fees)
