Help for moving expenses

Per my update, I am now doing much better because of the Medicaid and Old Age Pension approval. Now am asking for a little help so I can move to a less expensive apartment. Due to my physical limitations will have to hire someone to help me pack up and move. I am leaving my original post and story below.

Those of you that know me, know that it is very hard for me to ask for help, especially monetary help. The last fours years have been somewhat rough, had a heart attack & had a stent put in one of my arteries, got laid off from a great job, started developing minor back problems and then was involved in an accident, was rear ended while broke down on the side of the road, and now have major back issues, the accident traumatized my back problems and they quickly escalated, resulting in spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease as well as scoliosis. Scoliosis is very much misunderstood, it is a very deblitating condition.
Scoliosis is viewed (in general) as a lateral curvature of the spine with an axial twist that causes a distortion of the ribs.
Current research shows that idiopathic scoliosis is a multifaceted disease that compromises five of the body's systems: digestive, hormonal, muscular, osseous (bones),
and neurological.
Scoliosis affects the entire skeletal system including the spine, ribs, and pelvis. It impacts upon the brain and central nervous system and affects the body's hormonal and digestive systems. It can deplete the body's nutritional resources and damage its major organs including the heart and lungs.

I have an appointment with a good friend that owns Optimal Therapy: http://OptimalTherapyllc.com right here in Colorado Springs to find a good Spine Physician to start treatment and/or make recommendations if treatment or surgery is the right way to go for my back condition.
The pics above were taken about a year and a half ago, need to get new ones that show how it has progressed. Is now at approx 45 - 48 degree curve, which is right between getting treatment or needing surgery. This is me one year before the accident that forever changed my quality of life.

Was rejected for SSDI disability, even with 2+ years worth of medical, therapy, mri's xrays and a complete report from my Doctor regarding my back condition. Have been denied, appealed, denied again, am now waiting for a hearing, was informed could be up to 12 months, that was beginning of May 2014.
I would like to thank you for reading this long explanation of my condition and why I am asking for financial help.

I currently do volunteer work helping young people with alcohol and drug addictions, and would like to be able to continue doing so.
