Mike's Testicular Surgery

I have recently diagnosed with a cyst in one of my testicles. I have lived with it for many years and it has given me much pain. Recently it has gotten bigger and the pain has become extremely unbearable. My doctor has told me that surgery is the only way I can be free of the pain. My finances are very limited and my insurance will only cover a portion of the cost of the surgery. This campaign is to raise money for the deductible, which must be met before surgery can start. After the surgery there will be another fundraiser for the remaining balance. I am asking for help in my most urgent need to relieve me of this pain I endure 24 hours a day. Please help.
