Liver Donor Wanted & Medical Bills HELP!

Yan Kochergin (pictured withhis son who is 2, 5 years old) a dear 37-year-old cousin of mine who's like a brother to me, has been battling Wilson's disease for more than 7 years. He discovered he had this disease as soon as he graduated from Police Academy.He was a Police Officer for 5.5 years. He worked in 70 precinct. And was hospitalized multiple times to receive fluid drainage and treatments for his liver. He also experience arm/hand tremors, speech problems, confusion, and low platelet.
Wilson's disease is a rare genetic disease that was identified not long time ago and more likely found in Jewish-European heritage. Yan has developed copper excessively in his body that leads to liver failure. Per his doctor's explanation, the only way he can recover from his disease is to resettle liver from a healthy person with matching blood type.

He is struggling financially with medical expenses, so I ask you please kindly donate to help him stay stable medically. He is on medicine for life and he pays 30-day supplements that cost over 400 dollars a month out of pocket. A dollar makes difference; we will appreciate whatever amount you donate.
In addition, we have been searching a liver donor and unfortunately, not many meet the criteria. We would appreciate it if you can help us find a matching donor with the following criteria:
1) Age from 18 "“ 60;
2) Must be in similar physical characteristics as Yan"”6'0" height-wise and weigh 177 lbs;
3) Blood type: O, + / "“ don't matter
4) Willing to go through procedure including surgery, time for recovery between 4-6 weeks
