New little Orange kitty

This little boy showed up last night at my house at 11:30pm.. He is very thin, friendly, adorable, about 6-8 months old and loves to talk. He CRAVES human love and attention and can be held. I have looked on the lost lists, called many vets this morning and nothing has been reported about a missing cat with his description. This boy needs immediate intake. I will do all his vetting but I must find a rescue/foster or adopter willing to help me as I do not have anywhere to put him. I'm still working day and night on the hoarding situation and don't even have a spare square inch in my house to take in another kitty.. I'm asking for help to get him completely vetted and tested so he can go to rescue/foster or an adopter safely.. PLEASE HELP!! I have no options for him at this point besides putting him back out in the neighborhood after vetting.
