Leeds to Brighton Triathlon
On 21st September Leeds Roller Dolls' Rebel Roses are travelling to play Brighton Rockers Roller Derby and to help raise travel funds the Roses are doing a triathlon of the distance between Leeds and Brighton, over 400km!
Each skater is contributing to a leg; that's 41km of swimming, 296km of cycling and 69km of running! We have 2 days to complete this challenge, Saturday 20th July and 3rd August. As a team we are aiming to raise £1000 to help pay for travel and two nights' accommodation in Brighton (to make sure we're fresh as a daisy when we hit the track) and we will get kick ass fit while we do it!
As a thank you, every supporter will receive a discount on their ticket for our September home bout on September 7th
