In the early 1950's, Mr. Trevor James Constable, a radio engineer with the Merchant Marines discovered a new taxonomy of life forms that exist in the Infrared spectrum which live in our upper atmosphere. Using a Kodak camera with Infrared film, Mr. Constable was able to capture these entities (UFO's), which exist in a spectrum of light that is naturally invisible to human eyesight. To this day, Academia and the Governments of the world at large have not officially acknowledge Mr. Constable's repeatable methodology for filming these entities in our local skies, but with the inundation of Infrared and Night Vision optics currently available to the general public through various retail chains, and the formation of this one of a kind International Alliance (W.I.S.A.), Academia and the Governments at large will no longer have the power to disregard and deny this amazing reality from the public.

We are U.F.O. Disclosure! The World Infrared Sky Alliance (W.I.S.A.) is comprised of 35 of the top Infrared Sky Video Photographers and Moon Researchers from around the planet and growing, representing 17 specific "hot spots" within the United States of America, U.K., Canada, Italy, Argentina, Spain and Russia to name a few. It is our mission through this million dollar fund to properly equip the entire W.I.S.A. team with the latest Night Vision based technology currently available using ATN NVG’s or competent brand, and through this global effort, create the very first civilian based surveillance system around the entire planet, providing a 24 hour video feed freely accessible to anybody with an Internet connection. In addition, W.I.S.A. has created a series of live demonstrations that will be performed in front of large crowds at major universities and arenas throughout the world presenting and explaining the many different methodologies and techniques used in capturing UFO's. We understand within a short amount of time with all of these goals fully implemented, the world will follow suit in giving us U.F.O. disclosure.
