Help health insurance is due

I hope you can help, I need to pay my health insurance premium and I am short $300.00. I don't like to ask for help I am a pretty independent person who for the last two years have had the job of going to Dr. appointments for MRI, Ultrasounds, CT Scans and so forth. I have been diagnosed with several diseases and one where I am tested every 3-6 months to make suire the cancer has not progressed.
 I have always worked at times I worked and paid my taxes, helped others when I can. I am asking for a little assistance I have gone through my savings and retirement to cover the costs of my medical bills and test. I have to have my health insurance and I hope you are able to help.
