Shane Currier Rider Down

Donation protected
To all my riders, it is time to come together to help out a fallen friend.  Shane Currier is well known in the moto community for his pro racing past and love of the sport. Off the track he is known as friend, son, husband, and just recently has taken on a new title of Father.  He and his wife Markley gave birth to beautiful baby Colton just in time for Father's day this year!  He is the poster child for what an American should be!  Hard working, honest, and always willing to help out a friend.

Yesterday, while out riding the GP track at Hollister, Shane suffered a bad crash. He immediately went to the hospital only to find out he had fractured his spine (L8 vertebrae) and barely missed the point of becoming paralized. He will most likely undergo surgery in the next few days for a spinal fusion. Needless to say, he feels so lucky to be able to walk after such a horrific crash.  But the fact still remains that Shane and his wife are self-employed, running a company that requires hard physical work by Shane.  There is no doubt that this will be a large financial hit on the new parents, as jobs that are currently underway will cease durring his down time. Pending work and jobs will likely be lost as well. We all realize how dangerous motocross can be, and riding is a choice, but right now we need all the help we can get!

These two are not the type to ask for help, so we are doing it for them!  We believe in coming together as a community to support the ones we love.  Any little bit you can do is much appreciated.  Please share and help get the word out!  Thank you for the time.....see you on the track!
