Max senior beagle rescue vet care

Max has a sad story. He was found wandering the streets almost 20km from where from where his microchip was registered where he lives. Turns out the registered owners gave him away to people to gave him away, and those people gave him away, and then those people gave him away too. It was registered that he was born on January 16, 2003 so he is 10 years old. Also on his file was he was abandoned at the Montreal SPCA in 2005. This poor boy has not had a good life.
I need to raise funds to get his teeth cleaned as he has really bad gingivitis which is causing him pain also when eating. He has a growth dangling under his chin that I would get removed his chin at the same time. This is expensive and need help to get this done so Max then can be put up for adoption where I can find him a permanent home to live out his senior years.
