Help make mason a real boy

Hi, my name is Mason. Im a 19 year old FTM from Staten Island and I know to some i might be nothing special but I'm a pretty cool guy, really, i promise. Having top surgery would probably be the best thing to happen to me in a pretty long time, maybe ever.
