Hello! Welcome to the donation page of Sanja Studio & Gallery.
Thank you to everyone who donated to my initial cause of opening my studio. I decided to just update this page for our scholarship program, so please pass it on! :)
****Just $5 enters you in our raffle and supports art education!***
We are currently holding our first annual "raffle" scholarship fundraiser, to raise money for local children to take art classes.
Tickets are $5 each, and the money goes in our scholarship fund for low income families who would like their children to be able to take art classes, but cannot afford it. We are also hoping to raise enough to offer art classes to local foster children.
We believe in art for kids, because it helps them with creativity, imagination, expression, and many other things, but most importantly, self esteem.
Our scholarship fund is always open, but once a year if you donate during specific dates, you can be entered in our raffle. Prizes include handmade jewelry, hats, and paintings from our gallery. Tickets must be purchased on or before November 1st, 2013 if you want to be entered in the raffle. Just leave a comment saying it's just a donation for the scholarship fund (any amount) OR "please enter me in the raffle" and we'll put your name on your ticket(s).
**We cannot cover the cost of shipping your prize if you are out of the area which is why you might not want to enter the raffle unless you're local or don't mind paying for shipping.
Drawing held on the "First Friday Art Walk" of November at 8pm. You do not need to be at the Gallery for the drawing - we will contact you if you win.
