Dalton Boyd

Saturday afternoon Dalton was riding his dirt bike and hit a truck head on while on a gravel road in the mountains in Caryville, TN. Dalton is in recovery now. Surgery 1 was clean out wound and evaluate situation. Monday or Tuesday will be surgery 2 to clean again and plastic surgeon to evaluate his surgery to graft skin and muscle to cover the opening on his shin which will come from his hip or back, currently has wound vac on it right now to help with infection, they will take bone from his pelvis to repair his leg where large piece of bone is gone when the time comes, if that doesn't work then they will do metal rods and cement to recreate bone, if he has swelling or infection and they cannot get it under control they will have to do below the knee amputation. Looking at 6 more surgeries in the next year and a long road ahead of him. Please continue to pray! This is to help cover regular bills since Erica will be missing a lot of work, she is trying to get Family medical leave of absence to help. He will have to be homebound for schooling once he is home and able. Thank you all!
