I hate asking for help, but Fred is my beloved companion and he's sick and I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help. We've seen each other through some rough times. He's almost 10. He was diagnosed with Feline Diabetes Feb 2015 and had a pancreatitis attack in June 2015, then went into remission, and has been in remission almost 16 months.
Last week, he stopped eating and had to be hospitalized to receive IV fluids and pain meds, antibiotics etc. He was diagnosed with another episode of pancreatitis. He came home over the weekend, but is back in the hospital having an ultrasound to see what's still causing him pain and suffering. He's still not eating. He will probably get a esophagael feeding tube.
Update later today, when we find out about ultrasound.
I am a full time college student at LCU.
