Help Needed

I've been in & out of the hospital a lot this year & because of this I've fallen into financial hardship. Working three jobs just isn't enough. I had to let go of one job due to my health. This had been extremely difficult for me. I'm used to being able to physically work in order to be able to survive even if it means that I have to work more than one job. My health has cost me job security & now hindering me from being able to work. I had to accept the fact that I need help. I truly cannot do this on my own. If you have it to give please do so. Every dollar counts.
