Evelyn Lisa Page's funeral costs

My name is Lisa and I am the grandmother of a beautiful little angel Evelyn who grew her wings on the 25th of September 2016 who has sadly passed away at just 13 months due to her 4q deletion syndrome and heart conditions that she has had to fight with since she was just 1 month old.  So now I am asking if anyone could please help with raising the funds to go towards helping to pay for her funeral. Any help would be more than appreciated by our family during this hard time and even the littlest amount will be greatly appreciated and go a long way.  Evelyn's medical treatment costs have been quite high until now and I would like to try and take the extra stress off her parents being my daughter Chloe and her partner Kalan by helping to raise the funds needed for her funeral.
