Joan Wilson, my landlord lost her job of over 30 yrs. Her former tenant turned her into the city and the costs are like 10 times of what she takes in. She doesn't have enough to eat.Doesn't have health ins. to cover her health concerns, I am worried about her heart, and other concerns. She doesn't hardly eat, etc. This situation has wreaking havoc and causing extreme distress, financial drain. She is spending money she doesn't have and eating into her retirement. Wells Fargo is not willing to renegociate her mortgage, saying she doesn't have enough of a hardship. It's unbelievable.
