Spine Surgery for Michelle England

I'm have been out of work for over a month and I'm not sure when I am going to be able to go back. I am having a four hour surgery in the morning. Spinal fusion surgery. I will be in a back brace for months. My insurance does not pay for all of my surgery. I have already put out over $1000 and that is not even a drop in the bucket to what I am going to owe when all of this is over. I have bills to pay and I hate to say it but I am going to need help.
