Funeral for Courtney Hubbard

My grand nephew Courtney Hubbard was hit by a car on August 30, 2016 two days before his 17th birthday. Courtney sustained several life threatening injuries which required him to be placed on Life Support. After several days of critical care, it was determined that Courtney had severe brain damage and would most likely never be able to breath without the assistance of medical equipment.
On September 15th, 2016, Courtney's mother Jessica Roland had to make the hardest decision of her life, to end the life support efforts. Courtney lost his battle on September 16th, at 3:02am.
Unfortunately, Courtney did not have life insurance at the time of his unfortunate accident, and help is needed for funeral expenses.
Courtney's family would like to thank everyone for all of their prayers and well wishes during his hospital stay. And we would like to thank everyone in advance for all of their support, donations, and continued positive thoughts and prayers.
