Girlfriend cheated, moving back to OH!

After 5 years being best friends, 16 months of an absolutely amazing relationship, living together for over a year, and making plans for marriage and a family before I enlist, it seems like I will be enlisting in the Navy as a single man after my 6 month DEP.
I have to find a way to get myself, my big dog Bear, my special needs cat Syl, and my awesome kitten GooglyMcBubbleStares(Goo for short) to OH from AZ. Oh, and all my stuff!
We all make mistakes. I didn't yell, scream, make her feel bad, or break anything(even though I wanted to explode). She is still a great friend and I'll always have her back, but such a breach of trust isn't easily mended. At this point in time, it would be best for both of us if we lived separately now.

Straight up, I don't have any money in reserve. I need help. I need to rent a UHaul trailer to pull behind the car. My family(crazy animals) will be occupying the back seat. I'll also need 2,000 miles worth of gas money! Oh, and a rather large coffee fund since I'm saving money on hotels by not sleeping!
Everyone who donates will get awesome picture updates of how crazy a trip across the US will be with a dog and 2 cats in one car!
