Wheelchair Van

We are trying to purchase a wheelchair accessible van for my son Justin. He has a very unique genetic disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type One. He has been on life support since three months of age, and cannot eat without his g-tube. Without this life sustaining equipment, Justin would not be here today. We also live in a basement apartment so getting out is extremely difficult and unsafe. Please help us get Justin out and about by helping us donate towards the van and possibly to find a one level home.
