Mally's Send Off

Donation protected
I am a family member of Mally (Malcolm Douglas), Mally was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer earlier this year, unfortunately the cancer had spread very rapidly,  Mally received  some chemotherapy which would have given him 6/7 months longer to spend with his family, friends and his dog Dylan which he absolutely loved.
Mally was taken to Scarborough hospital on Tuesday 2nd  May for his chemo but unfortunately was told he could not have the treatment due to an infection he had picked up, the hospital also decided to keep Mally in.
Over the course of the week Mally deteriorated very fast, on Wednesday 10th May Mally was moved to St Catherines Hospice, his room was lovely and the view was beautiful, he was made very comfortable.
Sadly Mally peacefully passed away early hours Thursday morning,  Thankfully he is no longer in pain.
He was much loved by many people one lady has quoted...
"I am so sorry for your loss, Mally was one of the kindest people I have ever had the honour of knowing. My deepest sympathy to Mally's family and of course Dylan whom he loved so much xx"
Because his death was very sudden, no plans were put in place for his funeral, he had no policies and we need to raise £1800 to match what we have already to pay the fees for his cremation.
Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated by his family, and any monies left over will be donated to St Catherine Hospice for the amazing care Mally received.
His family would like to say a huge thank you in advance for any donations.
