A Love Story

I met this lovely bubbly sweet gal a few years back when she was selling Origami Owl. A "go getter" full of kindness and single. We befriended each other on facebook and have checked in through out years, or we see each others posts.
I have watched her grow. I have seen a young gal never giving up and always being positive. Loving her cute little dog and traveling for her job yet always alone and hoping for love.
Well low and behold, she met a wonderful big guy that has swept her off her feet from day one. They are so beyond words cute together! I see her cooking these fabulous meals and working out more, as she met this guy thru her gym...
Next thing you know she is selling all her stuff and moving to Las Vegas to begin her forever with this man named Damien. She literally had $56.00 and they drove everything they owned in her car to Vegas. Took 3 days to find a room to rent, a week to get a job., and for some reason I just want to know more about this love story.....
So we have been texting between her job and then coming home to cook and love her new life.
So this is the catch to all this......
Her boyfriend is legally blind!!! Crazy, right?
He has been blind since birth and is just an amazing soul.
They have set a wedding date for 8/18/18 but he cannot afford a ring....
So my wish for them, and hopefully thru my friends, her friends and contacts of yours.......
If you believe in true love and chances, will you help me raise money for this love story?
I guess I am a sucker for love since my husband and I fell in love at first sight and got engaged 6 days later.
I believe everyone has that one "person" that they are just meant to be with. Good, bad or indifferent, the struggle is real for every relationship.
But imagine for a moment being blind, in love head over heals and wanting to get a ring that you know you just cannot afford ( let alone pick out by yourself!). Its not like it can truly be a surprise, but I have faith!
I asked her if she knew what kinda ring she wanted, and she actually saw one at Costco for $1300- you guys know me pretty well, and I think I laughed out loud! Thats like FREE!
Alot of us or people that I know and associate with are pretty blessed. Yes, its not easy to live here in California, its actually ridiculous! Thats why they headed to Vegas to where they could start a life they could eventually afford after awhile.
I am reachng out to all my peeps to see if anyone has a heart and believes in true love?
Doug and I believe very deeply in true love, so lets pay it forward with how fortunate we are and help out a random couple start their new life with a pretty little blingy bobble.
