ALVIN, TX Dreams, Hopes & Wishes

KPT has earned a full tuition scholarship to attend Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama this summer! We are so proud of her! The scholarship pays for her tuition, room, and board for a week-long camp. All of her travel expenses as well as her flight suit are not covered. Since Kimberly is only nine, I also will be traveling and staying with her for the duration of the camp. These expenses are not covered by her scholarship. We need your help! KPT put much work in to completing the application process including writing an essay, performing an original science experiment, writing a research paper, and designing a mission patch. Anything that you can contribute will help. Please consider donating to this once in a lifetime opportunity! We cannot do it without you! Thank you and we love you!

I am going to date myself here but I actually attended to the first year of Space Camp back in 1982 and it was a life changing experience. As the father to two young daughters I can only hope that they will be interesting in attending someday too.

I remember seeing the movie Space Camp many years ago and wanting to go, but being unable to. But at least now I can help another fuel that passion for space and science. I hope this lights a fire under her for life and that she one day views Earth from orbit as her heroes have done. Good luck!
