MaheshaBSD - support BSD
I am a developer of MaheshaBSD and four flavors of it are available: MaheshaBSD (FreeBSD), MaheshaBSD Server (FreeBSD), MaheshaNetBSD (NetBSD), and MaheshaDragonFlyBSD (DragonFlyBSD). The project's target is education, simplicity, BSD advocacy and a focus on poorer countries. Most (if not all) online FTP servers have restrictions and bypassing them requires payment. With MaheshaBSD Server - a turnkey and simple FTP/WWW and WordPress server - anybody may use any hard disk (NTFS/FAT32 is not a problem either) and set up his own FTP/WordPress server anywhere in the world. Thus, MaheshaBSD is also a social project - people can easily share files. A student or a boy may put a link on his personal website to MaheshaBSD FTP/WordPress server running at his home with tons of Gigabytes (videos, MP3's, etc.) of data and share the files with anybody in the world. The collected money will be used for further development and for involving people from poorer countries to participate in the project, as it also has social goals. An article about MaheshaBSD Server was published in the BSD Mag (http://bsdmag.org/magazine/1832-handling-kernel-panic).
Now also MaheshaOpenBSD is available, you may see the screenshot here: http://www.freebsd.nfo.sk/mahesha-wordpress.jpg More information about MaheshaOpenBSD is here: http://www.freebsd.nfo.sk/maheshaeng.htm#maheshaopenbsd
