This is a call out to our rugby league and local community. Once again, in the club's 30 year history, there is the very real threat of extinction. 

The Eagles are at advanced stages of a takeover, with a backer willing to invest more than £40 million into both the club and city – however delays caused by the Council's planning procedures now mean that the deal cannot be completed within Eagles' critical timescales.
