Help Save Hayley's Teeth

This is Hayley, she is a 6 year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel that we rescued a little over a year ago. Hayley was over-bread in her 4.5 short years of life that the breeder had her. During this time she was beaten, kept in a box, and used only to make puppies. As a result of this neglect, Hayley is deaf, and had to have 12 teeth removed (some others have fallen out due to the damage of the teeth). We are now finding that because of all this damage to her mouth, she needs even more teeth removed as well as some extensive dental work.
We have worked as hard as we can do to everything for her and provide, but this dental work is something we just don't have money for. We would greatly appreciate if anyone is able to help get the dental work that Hayley needs. She is truly a wonderful dog that has been through more than any dog ever deserves to. For all the abuse she was given in her past all she has to give is love.


Little more information: Dental Chart says that Hayley has Grade II Dental Disease, has heavy tarter, and root exposure (this is painful for her). This was as of 12/2/2011 when the rescue first got her. Since then it has only gotten worse. She also has gingivitis.


Surgery break down: For her to get the surgery she has to be put out. They have to do routine blood work before the surgery. This cost $120. Also, she has to be checked by the Vet before the surgery cost $60. Then, before they decide what teeth have to be pulled for sure they have to do an intense teeth cleaning. This cost $331. Then once the teeth have been cleaned there are extractions that will need to be done,along with gingival flap removal, oral nerve block. Radiographs will also need to be done. Then after the surgery she will most likely have to be put on medication such as antibiotics, given rimadyl injections (to help with pain), and possible pain medication for at home. The list just goes on.
