Help Jackson (kitten) get hip surgery

Jackson is a stray kitten about 6-8 weeks old (weighing in at only 2.5 LBS) that I have taken in along with his mother. He was limping so we called around to see who could help by taking him in. After having the humane society tell me that he would more than likely be put down, the OSPCA not answering me and all the cat rescue groups telling me they couldn't take in anymore cats we decided to take him to the vet ("Kama'aina Pet Hospital") to have him checked out. X-rays show that he has broken his hip and needs surgery to fix it. The vet is willing to work with us on the price because we took him and his mother in but the surgery is normally $1500. Being a military wife and mother of 2 we don't have that much money laying around.  Any donations would be a big help to get this little guy back up and running! Jackson and his mother have stolen our hearts and we cant let him suffer. Thank you so much for the help! We are also very thankful to have found an amazing vet who is so willing to work with us <3
