The goal of this project is to raise money to advertise the TeleTech Exposed documentary.
The video can be seen here:
The documentary is an hour long video featuring six interviews with former employees of the company. In the video the ex-employees explain the abusive and exploitative working conditions that exist at TeleTech's Kalispell call center. This call center handles customer service calls for Bank America.
As of 1/25/13 the video has over 18,000 views. The plan is to take the $500.00 that's raised through this campaign and pay for the video to be featured on youtube and other sites.
Please consider donating to this most noble effort.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Sincerely,
JohnU78

The government incentivizes this behavior by giving the company $12,000 per employee trained and tax breaks for number of employees hired. The only employees who last have learned to use FMLA and medical leave system to wait out their bad "points" (known as red flags which roll off after 6 months.) All call centers are like this, it doesn't pay to be a good employee. The only people who last are the ones who cynically manipulate federal employee laws to their favor.
