Miss California Pageant

My name is Kai. I'm a part-time science teacher and I am currently a contestant for Miss California 2014. I've never made the plunge to do something quite like this and it's a very exciting time in my life. I thought that perhaps an experience such as this will help me gain self-confidence, motivate me to improve my physical well-being, and allow me to make many great connections on the way.

The problem of course is the money--there are pageant fees, money to purchase a gown, a swimsuit, a trainer, coach, and outfits galore. Along with rent, living expenses, and student loans, the pageant is becoming less and less affordable as time goes on.

Please help me fulfill my pageant dream by donating whatever you can. The funds will be going towards the fees, the gown, the clothes, as well as the trainer and a coach.
