On Thanksgiving Day 2012, intruders broke into the home of Byron
Smith. Byrons home had been broken into several times before, firearms and
other valuables were stolen from him.
The intruders were known to the local police, and are suspected
in other thefts in the area, including cash and prescription medication.
As intruders smashed his bedroom window, breaking into his home,
possibly on prescription pain killers, possibly armed, Byron armed himself
defending his home and his life.
Help us now raise support in Byrons defense. 100% of the funds
raised will go directly to his legal defense.
Byron Smith has no previous criminal record, has supported his
community, has spent decades serving his country, and recently retired to live
a quiet life in the town in which he was born and raised.

Now if the local Sheriff's had at least questioned the neighbors to say nothing of actually catching them, they both would be alive today and Byron would NOT be in jail - what's wrong with this picture of Little Falls?
