This update is long overdue. So sorry for delay but God is good and He has been working things out for Jalil.

Jalil and the AIC students are bouncing back from the tragedy of a few weeks ago. The suicide of a young man with so much promise was a devastating turn of events. We thank and praise God for helping the students & faculty join together for support and healing.

Woo Hoo!!! Jalil has been accepted to the AIC Master of Business Administration Program. He is very happy and excited about this new challenge in his life. It will help focus his mind on the positive instead of that negative situation that's still out there.

Speaking of which - all is quiet right now - thanks to your support and donations, Jalil's attorney initial retainer fee has been paid in full. If the case continues to trial, we will have to pay an additional fee to keep him on the case.

We trust and pray all charges will be dismissed soon but until then donations are still welcomed and appreciated.

All monies will go to Jalil's future legal expenses.

**VERY SAD UPDATE ***

This morning I woke up to a phone call from Jalil with very sad news - one of the students at his school committed suicide last night.

Jalil is the Resident Assistant (RA) responsible for counseling parents and freshman students about life on campus. This was one of his kids and he is, once again, completely devastated. As is always the case when dealing with suicide, he blames himself.

Please pray for all of the parents, students and faculty of AIC. All classes have been cancelled and grief counselors are on campus to help deal with this shocking turn of events.
