just found out today that Robert's...

just found out today that Robert's ex wife heard about him not having a home and is taking him back to court to get custody of her daughter :o( She is only doing this to be hurtful to him, she has talked to her daughter 2 times in almost a year and forgot her birthday, no call no gift what kind of woman is this?

so it seems that Robert found...

so it seems that Robert found a place to live, which is great to hear, just doesn't have the money to do it, which does stink, so he might have to pass on this, which I feel horrible I have given him what I can to help him, I am hoping that we will be able to raise the money for him here. I am crossing my fingers and praying for him every night that something good comes his way.

So today was the dreaded day,...

So today was the dreaded day, Received the eviction notice today, 30 days to vacate the property and no where to go just yet. Have lots of calls out, but now to find out that that wants everyone out before the holidays, and wont let anyone stay long no matter what. God what a horrible man this is, to do to all these people before the holidays. Everyone that is being evicted has kids, but the other families have more then one child. just a depressing day, now to pack up everything and hope that a place to go can be found soon. Was really hoping that someone wouldn't do this to this many people before the holidays. What a horrible person this man is. :o(

Yesterday My boyfriend was notified by his mother, that the apartment building he was living in was handing out 30 day notices to everyone. She said she was sorry she wished there was something she could do, but she gladly offered to take his daughter if he couldn't find a place to live. So sweet of her, but what about her son? What a piece of work she is. I do not want to see that happen, right before and during the holiday season, what a great company to be involved with. I do plan on making a huge stink about it, but as for now he does not have the money for a deposit for a new place to live, So I thought I would try and see if this would work for him. I wish I had the money to give to him to help him with deposits and such, but I do not. I do not understand some people.

Just a little background information. My boyfriend has had full custody of his 6 year old daughter for 11 months now. Her mother was physically, mentally and emotionally abusive to her, before my boyfriend had full custody of her they shared custody and for 2 of the 3 years we tried to get full custody of her. Finally in January of this year it happened. It was a good thing he got custody when he did, because I am thankful everyday that she is not in her mothers home anymore. Now we are faced with this dilemma of getting a 30 day notice and being kicked out of the apartment that we have. All his mom can tell us is that his daughter can come and live with her. Part of me thinks that is what she has wanted, but no matter what I wont let that happen. Just trying to raise a bit of money in order to make deposits on a house and get moved in before the holidays.
