Mia's Needs New Glasses

Hi! Every little bit you can give helps. Since April, we have had a new eye prescription for Mia to receive a new pair of glasses.  We have no insurance and medicaid doesn't cover these special glasses.  These glases have a super lens which cost $400 dollars for the lens alone not including frame or tax!!! So if we get blessed with a little more over goal that would be great.  We go to eye Dr. on Wendsday the 14th.  I can have price proof then!

Mia has 5 eye conditions, one which was cataracts where she had 2 eye surgeries for the cataract to be removed from each eye.   They removed a layer of her natural eye lens which leaves her with extremely poor vision.  Mia also has controlled Glaucoma and has an eye shunt.  All of this is due to her being a micro-preemie born at 24 wks gestational age and low birth weight of just 15oz. Her Twin Maya was the bigger baby at 1 lb 3 oz.

 Someone told me about this website 3 months ago and we have yet been able to afford or even save for the glasses so anything you can do to help will be such a blessing.  I waitied so long and decided to try it out since friends and family always say let me know if you need anything.  We need her glasses.   Her current glasses are a size too small and the strength is currently too strong and can harm her eyes.
