Indoor Inner-City Shrimp Farm

Short Summary

Our objective is to build an ecosystem capable of raising shrimp indoors in recirculating raceways with a 1500 pound harvest capacity.  This sustainable concept includes a hatchery to provide egg larvae that can mature into a post larvae growth stage. Successful implementation of this idea will supply quality seafood for local consumption.

We need capital for lumber, netting, pond liners, PVC, hot-water tanks, filters, pumps, and the people to all make it happen.  A large space within our inner city farm building is just waiting for your help to build 50,000 equivalent square feet of ponds.

This is a world class idea and indoor inner-city shrimp farms have a big future in modern agricultural.  Today, traditional farms are in trouble with changing climates, droughts, damaging conditions to the soil and the overall outlook of farming.  Large recirculating indoor inner-city shrimp farms can control their environment, use a minimum of water, and power up with renewable energy.  Ours is a sustainable farm idea and we use only renewable electricity.  We need your support.
