Meme Simmons

I have a dear friend named Meme Simmons. She was living in NY as an actress, and her career was going great when she was suddenly diagnosed with Lupus. Her life took a drastic turn. She has had renal failure, been on life support several times, and was even pronounced dead.  Meme, is a fighter and has survived, and to top it all off, she has been on dialysis for four years.  I remember when I got a facebook message about the possibility of her getting a kidney transplant; however, they called her back and told her that she was pushed to number three.  She didn't complain, we continued to pray, and then it happened.... Meme recently was blessed with a kidney transplant. Unfortunately, we all know that blessings can come at a pricey cost. Her medicine alone is $5,000.00 a bottle. Um, not kidding. This is not including the other medical bills.  So, what can you do? You give a little love and donate money towards this amazing woman. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
