I want to say thank you to all that have supported Titan and the family. He is doing very well. Playing with other dogs and gaining weight. He is a very loving animal and is well on his way. I will be sending out a check to the vet from the Gofundme account this week in the amount of $670 and again want to thank all that have given.

Titan got his stitches out yesterday and is doing amazing. There was some bad news though...the bad eye is shrinking due to no blood supply. Making a good recovery. Thank you everyone for the support!!

Titan is having a good morning, except Summer changed out his T-shirt diaper thingy that he wears instead of his "Cone of Shame" He is definitely not found of dressing up! He keeps looking at us, and you can see it in his eyes tryi...ng to say..."Do I really have to wear this stupid thing?" Well it got much colder and we wanted him inside. But he is still draining quite badly from his incision so the vet and us thought this would be a good way to be able to let him in.

Definitely have to keep an eye on the wound, as if it gets puffy at all, we have to run him out to Kingman to get it drained. But I can not imagine that as much fluid is still coming out, that its not draining properly, so hopefully all will be good.

He camped out in our bedroom all night long. Never leaving the bed's side. You can sure tell he was an inside dog at one time. Incredibly well mannered.

Titan was found at a wind farm in Harper County Kansas with a gun shot wound to the head and what appeared to be damage from barbed wire. The employees called the vet in from Kingman, Kansas and she picked him up and treated him. We adopted him and he was doing well. Took him in for a checkup and neutering yesterday. When my husband picked him up from the vet today, we received some shocking news. Titan has shrapnel scattered throughout his neck. What we think happened is the first shot was fired and he was knocked down. The second shot appears to have been done execution style. Titan has a long road of recovery and the funds to cover his bills are scarce. Trying to raise funds to take care of Titan after someone was cruel to an innocent animal.

Anything left over will be donated to the Humane Society. The wind farm raised over $500, but that was wiped out by just today's bill alone. Any help would be appreciated!

I can donate $100 today, but please keep me posted, because in a week I can donate another $100 or maybe more. I hope the vet is working with you so the money can be raised to help Titan.
