Happy New Year to you all....
Happy New Year to you all.
A year ago, we lost a wonderful Man, Husband, Father, Son, Uncle, Brother, Friend, Boss and life Coach. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think of George. We remember the great life he lead and not the illness that ended it. Enjoy everyday with your loved ones and families, they are all treasures. Remember God will want your loved ones back some day, so tell them you love them everyday.
Again, I can hardly begin to Thank all of you for
your support this last year. You keep me in good spirits and surrounded by love.
2013 will be the celebration of life and health.

Hello everyone, it's been awhile and...
Hello everyone, it's been awhile and I want to share our good news with you! Garrett has just received the results from his latest Pet Scan and there were no signs of cancer!!! We want to thank YOU for all the positive energy, thoughts, prayers and assistance that helped lift Garrett to this point!
I also want to sincerely thank the medical team that oversaw his care and treatment and for their personal concern, dedication and continued support.
Garrett is now carrying a full load of 15 credits at UNR toward his engineering degree. He is also dedicating his spare time as assistant baseball coach for the Reno High School JV team.
I am so profoundly proud of both my sons and all they have endured in the past 10 months.
Please keep them both in your thoughts and prayers and share our news to continue the hope and power of positive energy!
It's not what you say, it's not what you do, it's how you make people feel that will be remembered.
It does take a village, bless you for being in ours!
Sincerely, Janine

Thank you Summit Racing for sponsoring...
Created by Janine Cox Winkelmaier on January 24, 2012
Garrett, 20, lost his father, George Winkelmaier Jr.(54), on December 27, 2011 to cancer. Sadly two weeks later Garrett was told that he has Hodgkin's Lymphoma (cancer of the lymph nodes). Our family has been overwhelmed with medical care and expenses for the past 8 years and now with the loss of his father's income we are again faced with continued medical expenses beyond our resources! $19 for Garrett is our campaign to raise funds to provide for his medical expenses and continued health insurance.
Your $19, $190 or $1,900 donation or anything in between will be sincerely appreciated! Any amount is cheerfully accepted, thank you!
Garrett is an alum of Reno High School and currently attending UNR as an engineering major.
Due to the overwhelming amount of loving support we have been able to increase our goal to meet the overwhelming demands on our family. We are so deeply touched by everyone's sincere love and concern and will be forever grateful. Thank you for keeping us in your prayers.

Garrett. The Decker family will be praying for yours and for a speedy recovery for you. My 16 year old son Anthony is fighting his second battle of cancer right now. He has had four tough rounds of chemo and now has a fifth big one with stem cell rescue. It is a battle, but with faith and prayer and digging deep within yourself, you will find the strength to get through this. If you need anyone to talk to, he is on facebook. Anthony Decker. God Bless you!!!
