The Voyeuring Gourmand (aka Will Travel for Food)

Please help me fund my trip (and my future) to Italy for a food sovereignty tour!

As some of you may know, I have (almost) completed my MSc in Food Policy in London. What most of you don't know is that my dissertation (thesis) is an exploration of the role of food and agritourism in food policy in the UK. 

Yes, your eyes have already glazed over. What it boils down to is two things that are very near and dear to me: food &   travel. 

This trip to Italy brings together a lot of things I've been working on, thinking about, and interested in for a long time. It is an incredible opportunity to move forward in a really significant way towards a meaningful next step in my career. As my advisor said to me some weeks ago, 'All the ingredients are there, it just needs to be cooked.' 

In the spirit of campaign season, please help me turn up the heat by donating what you can. Every little helps and it will go towards the overall cost of the trip, including transportation, food, and accomodation.
