Ni Hao! Hey everyone! I'd like to start by thanking everyone who visits this page from the bottom of my heart. I'm currently raising money to be able to send impoverished children in China to school--a basic necessity that many sadly cannot afford. The money raised here will be 100% put towards sending these kids to school via the form of scholarships.
Over the summer of 2012, I worked as a music teacher at a middle school in China that specializes in English education for impoverished children. While at this school, I grew very fond of the children and was very shocked when I heard that many kids just like them could not attend the school for financial reasons. After seeing the conditions that they lived in and talking to my colleagues, I became very determined to help the kids as much as I could. When I returned to the States, I decided to join up with a foundation my two friends set up and do my absolute best to raise money for these amazing kids.
This project of mine is 100% for the children and their future. I will donate every single dollar, quarter, and penny that I receive to the foundation. Every dollar I receive is greatly, greatly appreciated by myself as well as all the children that will be helped.
