"A TRUE LOVE STORY
Travis and I met on June 4th 2010. Both of us were waiting
on other people who never arrived. A mutual friend invited Travis to come and sit down at my table. Travis sat down next to me and was a perfect gentleman.
Throughout the night he sat and talked to Bryce and Christina as I dance with other guys. I invited Travis to go to the Wafflehouse with us afterwards. It took just one week for Travis and I to become close friends and after two weeks we were inseparable.
I want to thank God and My Gram n Gramps for sending me my Prince Charming, He is My One True Love. They couldn't of picked a better time and no other man can compare.
How he Proposed!
We went to dinner for Vday (after Vday because we both had the flu) anyways he takes me to UMI which is a upscale Sushi bar. I sense something because he was very nervous and shaking throughout the night. We ordered the boat for two... and ate only five pieces. At this time I noticed him turning completely white a starting to sweat a little. I suggested we go and told him he might still have a bit of the flu, well lol he doesn't make it to the car. He starts tossing his cookies right in the parking lot. Mean while the chef and kitchen staff ask him if he's ok. People are walking into the restaurant looking at him getting sick , All I could do is wonder what people were thinking to themselves. Shoot If I saw someone throwing up at a sushi restaurant I would high tale it outta there. Ok so we are driving home and he feels ok. We get home and he takes a shower, comes out and is apologizing about ruining the night. I said its ok you probably still have the flu. He says no that's not it. I asked him what is it then... He pauses and said he was afraid I'd say no...I said no to what? (ya idiot here) He said to spending the rest of your life with me as my wife... awwww it was one to remember. That's why I loved him sooooooo much."

On August 19th, 2012, Travis was suddenly taken from us due to a brain hemorrhage. As you can imagine, we are all suffering his loss and don't exactly know how we will move on, but knowing that he is up above us, watching over us, gives us some comfort. Travis had three step sons who loved him like their own father. Losing a loved one hurts more than anything but we all know that one day we will all be together with him again. Until then, we will miss and think of him every day and know that he is with us in our hearts. Even though we were only married a short time, our love was as a strong as a lifetime of marriage.
I love you Travis Pressley!
