Two phase project

first is City of refuge movie written and produced by Houseless individual most of the actors live in a tent city

second phase is

Funding for existing Campground in  El Dorado county California to be used as Permanent CITY OF REFUGE for Houseless persons Currently dozens of persons live in a tent city with no showers water lights or privacy. This will be a faith based community with no State or County involvement

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF GOVERNMENT FUNDING Church and State are seperate.Gods people should take care of our own, City of refuge will be run by Underground Houses of Prayer A Corporation Sole.Sanctuary Campground will include

Discipleship program A 24 hour Praise and worship center with round the clock Live Music and spiritual counsel.We intend on Ministering to those Called out of Babylon and to serve as a Rescue Mission to displaced persons.
