Hey everyone!
I just want to say thank you for supporting me, and even reading this even if you don't donate! It's been a long time coming, but I'm finally ready to take the next step in healing. I have found a great rehab center that is located in San Diego, called Project walk. They specialize in spinal cord injuries and have done amazing things. They have a very different approach to healing versus a normal rehab center that just believe in teaching you the best ways to live in a wheelchair. Project Walk believes that you need to get out of your wheelchair in order for any progress to be made, this is a very active approach to healing and they believe that with the repetition in movements that your body can create a new wave link to be able to move those limbs. However it is a very pricey facility, but I believe with your help we can do it! I would attend this program for a week and a half for intense sessions, and then would return home to work with trained therapists here. I would return to the facility in San Diego as often as money allows for.
