Welcome to Myla's Little World Gofundme! I want to say "Thank you" for visiting this page. I am asking for the community's support. I am seeking the potential to provide Vallejo Ca. families with a children's art museum. I would like to create a place where children can come an express themselves through arts.
As parents, we all want our kids to thrive and be the best they can be. That's why I feel that it is necessary for us, as parents to come together, as one to provide various opportunities for our kids. Yes, there are other activities that Vallejo families can engage in. The problem is that majority of families do not have the funds to be available to participate. This is where we as a community can come together.
What is my goal? My goal is to provide families with an arsenal of needed information. Whether it is early child development, parental classes, tutoring for all grade students, expressive arts, science and more.
After doing research on how to start a museum, it is estimated that the average museum needs at least $200,000 - $600,000. I do understand that the goal of $100,000 may seem unattainable, but this is where we come together as one. I am looking for at least 1,000 donators, or more to contribute $100 each year. As a matter fact, I am one of the donators, so actually I need at least 999 donators that can donate $100.00 for the year, or $9.00 dollars monthly, to help me to get this much needed business up and running. With your monthly contributions helps me to get closer to the projected goal of $100,000.
You may be wondering why this campaign is so near and dear to me. Well, I want to provide families with varies channels of resources. And... Give families the help they need to raise productive kids. Because they are our future.
How would your contributions be used?
*Entrance would be free or at a low cost for families
*To help pay for renting, utilities, and supplies
insurances, permits, etc...
*Provide employment for our youth or hours toward community services

*Early Child Development (Preparing the children for Preschool.)
*Parental Classes (Providing information to new mothers or moms that needs a refresher.)
*Tutoring (For 1st grader - 12th graders)
*Expressive Art (For 18mos to 10 years they can come in and use the art tools available.)
*Projects (Work on creating whatever they want as a group. With recycled materials)
*Robotics
* Guest Speakers

Spitting Cobra:
There's 270 different types of Cobras, Myla picked the Spitting Cobra. Yes, we can make our spit, but not 6ft. And... of course our aim is not as accurate as a Spitting Cobra. Don't walk up on a real one, because he aims for the eyes.
The Beaver, one of the three boats that is apart of the Boston Tea Party. I never hand draw out projects, but with all those strings it was a must. This is our next project, yes it will be built with recycled materials. Update coming soon!
