FF Jason Carrafiello Benefit Hockey

On 12/26/16, the day after Christmas, My shift was working at Company 2 Stratford Fire Department.  The tones went off as they often do, for a 38 year old male, non responsive.  Once we checked the map, we realized that it was the home of our brother firefighter Jason Carrafiello.  We did everything we could, but with deep regret we lost him.

Jason Carrafiello was an amazing person who deeply loved his family, the fire department and being a basketball coach.  Losing him at such a young age is a huge loss to all of us and the community at large.

The members of The Stratford Fire Department are hosting a benifit hockey game in his honor.  Stratford Fire vs. Westport Fire April 1st, 1 pm, Shelton Rinks.
